Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? Here are answers to some of the things clients ask most often.

HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?

Initial designs and photo-restoration proofs are typically provided within 5–7 business days after the project details and deposit have been received. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. Your estimated timeline will be confirmed before work begins.

HOW DO I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?

Use the Contact page to describe your project, preferred size, colours, intended use, deadline, and any ideas you already have. CB Creative Images will review your request and respond with any questions, estimated pricing, and next steps.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required before custom graphic design, logo design, or other custom creative work begins. The remaining balance is due before final files or completed products are released.

HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?

The number of included revisions depends on the package selected. Any additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may require an additional fee. This will always be discussed before extra work is completed.

WHAT FILE TYPES WILL I RECEIVE?

File types depend on the service and package selected. These may include high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, and editable vector files. The included formats will be confirmed in your quote.

CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM VINYL DECAL?

Yes. Custom decal pricing depends on the design, finished size, number of colours, material, and quantity. Simple ideas, sketches, reference images, or existing artwork can all help communicate what you have in mind.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Yes. Local pickup is available in Airdrie, Alberta. Pickup details will be provided once your order is ready.

DO YOU SHIP VINYL DECALS?

Yes. Physical decal orders can be shipped across Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery details will be confirmed when your order is prepared. Delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and are separate from production time.

WHAT TYPES OF PHOTO RESTORATION DO YOU OFFER?

CB Creative Images currently offers basic photo enhancement and restoration, including colour and contrast correction, sharpening, fading correction, dust and scratch removal, and minor damage repair. More heavily damaged photographs require an individual assessment.

WHAT MAKES A GOOD PHOTO-RESTORATION FILE?

A high-resolution scan generally provides the best results. Avoid sending screenshots, compressed social-media copies, or photographs taken through glass when possible. If you only have a physical photograph, contact CB Creative Images for guidance on creating the best possible digital copy.

WILL MY RESTORED PHOTO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE ORIGINAL DID?

Every effort is made to preserve the character and identity of the original photograph. Results depend on the condition, resolution, and amount of visible detail in the source image. Any significant reconstruction requirements will be discussed before work begins.
